Mini Lock-Out Center Made of .125 mil plexi-glass, the 15½x14" center has eight replaceable plastic hooks and a clear plastic pocket. The center comes with 6-¾" shackle color-coded Master Lock® padlocks, 2 Safety Lockouts and a 10/pack of lockout tags. Additional tags available.
